Lauren is a Spa Industry veteran of over 20 years. As an Owner of a Spa for over twelve years, Lauren has a solid understanding for what Clients wish to achieve. She recently starred on the entrepreneur reality show The Blox, and will be franchising the Firm Lab brand in 2024.

For the past eleven years Lauren has constantly been on the hunt for the newest, most effective Aesthetic technology. Her findings, along with the Retail collection she created, are the heart and soul of Beauty Lab®. All of our equipment and treatments are proprietary and have been personally created and developed by Lauren. Her passion is to offer noninvasive, results-driven, affordable treatments and products that utilize some of the most cutting-edge technologies in the industry.

Lauren has over 21 years of experience in the Spa Industry. She attained a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Scranton and also studied at the Scuola Lorenzo De’Medici in Florence, Italy. Lauren found her true passion to be in helping people look and feel better. She graduated from the Christine Valmy School of Esthetics in 2003. Lauren served as a Corporate Esthetics Educator for Yon-Ka Paris and traveled around the country to train spas on-site and was the featured speaker at several regional seminars. Lauren opened up her first location, Le Spa, in 2011. She quickly built a loyal following. At that first location, Lauren began developing the technologies and treatments that have become the heart and soul of the Firm Lab brand. She then opened the Firm Lab corporate location in November 2024. Her philosophy is to use cutting-edge technologies to implement positive changes to the face and body- at prices people can afford. Lauren will be franchising the Firm Lab brand as well in select parts of the United States.
